What we collect
Account details (email, name), the workspaces, prompts, and competitors you configure, scan results from AI engine APIs, and — for free public scans — the email address and domain you submit with your consent. Public-scan IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes for rate limiting, never in raw form.
How we use it
To run scans you request, calculate scores, generate the reports you ask for, and contact you about the free scan you ran. Prompt text and engine answers are sent to the AI providers involved in a scan; personal information such as email addresses is never sent to analysis models.
Data isolation
Every organisation's data is isolated with database row-level security. Reports and scan results are never shared across organisations.
